Fast and Comprehensive EVAP Diagnostics

Simple and Quick Leakage Measurement.

  • Pour 20 ml of baby oil into the detector for the first time. Open the engine cover and hang the detector in the cover.
  • Disconnect the pipe to be connected to the detector.
  • Connect the detector with a DC12V battery, turn on the power switch, and the detector will start working.
  • After about 30 seconds, the pipe will be filled with smoke. Check the areas of leakage. If necessary, use a headlamp.

Rules of Use:

1 When you use this smoke leak detector for the first time, fill 20 ml of oil. Be careful NOT to exceed this range.

2. test liquid: both liquid paraffin and baby oil are fine.

(3) Fresh oil can be filled only when the smoke becomes thin, and cannot be refilled beyond 20 ml each time.

4. pour the left detector oil before filling with fresh oil and change the detector oil regularly.

5. stay away from smoke-sensitive parts during the leak detection process.

6. do NOT run the detector for 8 minutes without a break. It needs interval rest.

7 The detector has a smart protector, if it exceeds the operating limit, such as more than 75 ℃, it will automatically turn off the power. In this case, it should be operated later.

8 The round part of this detector has a temperature, be careful to avoid burns.

9.If the test tube must be disconnected in the middle, protect the other side with a rubber stop.

According to the Law on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to send a statement of withdrawal from the contract, and if the seller has not informed about the right to withdraw - 12 months.
