According to the Law on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to send a statement of withdrawal from the contract, and if the seller has not informed about the right to withdraw - 12 months. Return of the item by the consumer should take place immediately, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of sending the statement, as well as the return of funds by the seller. However, the seller may withhold the return of funds until receipt of the item. The contract shall be considered not concluded, and the consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from the use of the item beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

If the purchased goods prove to be defective, the Consumer has the right: (1) take advantage of the warranty benefits directly at the service points indicated by the Guarantor or carry out the warranty claim procedure through the Seller (applies to products covered by the warranty). Detailed conditions of the warranty procedure as well as the list of service points are specified in the warranty statement, may be published on the manufacturer's website. (2) submit a warranty claim to the Seller. If the realization of the Consumer's demands involves the delivery of a new or repaired product, the cost of delivery shall be borne by the Seller The complaint may be submitted by the Customer in electronic form via e-mail to the following address: or in autoelektronika_gliwice@wp.pl in writing to the address for complaint. It is recommended that the Customer provide in the description of the complaint: (1) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the defect; (2) a request for a method of bringing the Product into conformity with the Sales Agreement or a statement of price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement; and (3) contact details of the complainant - this will facilitate and accelerate the processing of the complaint by the Seller. The requirements specified in the preceding sentence are in the form of a recommendation only and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted with the omission of the recommended description of the complaint. The Seller shall respond to the Customer's complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. Failure of the Seller to respond within the aforementioned period means that the Seller has recognized the complaint as justified
