According to the Law on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to send a statement of withdrawal from the contract, and if the seller has not informed about the right to withdraw - 12 months. If the purchased goods prove to be defective, the Consumer has the right: (1) take advantage of the warranty benefits directly at the service points indicated by the Guarantor or carry out the warranty claim procedure through the Seller (applies to products covered by the warranty).
