According to the Law on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to send a statement of withdrawal from the contract, and if the seller has not informed about the right to withdraw - 12 months. Return of the item by the consumer should take place immediately, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of sending the statement, as well as the return of funds by the seller. However, the seller may withhold the return of funds until receipt of the item.
